Detta \u00e4r f\u00f6rsta dagen och vi bekantar oss med hotellet och f\u00e5r den f\u00f6rsta k\u00e4nslan av Madeira och Funchal.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resdagen b\u00f6rjade tidigt med hotellfrukost redan\u00b4kl 04:30. Redan innan halv sex kom bussen och k\u00f6rde till Arlanda. F\u00f6r en g\u00e5ngs skull gick allt smidigt incheck, bagagedrop, s\u00e4kerhetskontroll och lagom v\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 plats\u00a0p\u00e5 gaten. Planet startade i tid och vid kl 12:30 klev vi d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ut i den ljumma luften p\u00e5 Madeira. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En kurvig, slingrig v\u00e4g tog oss upp och ner l\u00e4ngs vulkan\u00f6ns kust till v\u00e5rt hotell, <a href=\"https:\/\/pestanabayhotel.com\/se\/#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pestana Bay<\/a>. P\u00e5 hotellet v\u00e4ntade emellertid en trevlig \u00f6verraskning. Vi fick n\u00e4mligen ett rumsuppgradering vilket innebar ett extra rum med soffa och matbord. Ibland ska man ha tur!\u00a0Utsikten \u00e4r fantastisk. Det enda som st\u00f6r utsikten mot horisonten \u00e4r enstaka b\u00e5tar l\u00e5ngt bort. Ljudet av klappersten blandat med v\u00e5gornas brus h\u00f6rs n\u00e4r v\u00e5gorna rullar in. Man kunde ha det mycket s\u00e4mre!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"section-g36184b\" class=\"wp-block-gutentor-e6 section-g36184b gutentor-element gutentor-element-image text-align-center-desktop\"><div class=\"gutentor-element-image-box\"><a class=\"gutentor-element-image-link\" href=\"https:\/\/mildasberg.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/flygplatsen.jpg\"><div class=\"gutentor-image-thumb\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"normal-image\" src=\"https:\/\/mildasberg.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/flygplatsen.jpg\" alt=\"Madeira 2015\"\/><\/div><\/a><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>B\u00e4ttre utsikt \u00e4n fr\u00e5n Arlanda&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buff\u00e9lunch och middag intogs i restaurangen och en kort promenad i ficklampornas sken l\u00e4ngs strandpromenaden bort till steg ett i en multicache klarades av innan s\u00e4ngen h\u00e4grade. Tidig l\u00e4ggkv\u00e4ll idag, det har varit en l\u00e5ng och intensiv dag.
